We strive to ensure your home improvement project is seamless by providing a straightforward process for all product returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware and instruction manuals, to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the fixtures for quality and completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
